Michael B. Coleman has had a distinguished career in business as well as law. He is a current member of the Advisory Board of Material Innovations Corp and a former member of the Board of Directors of Monterey Peninsula Security Services Corporation, and CFR Electronics Corporation of Australia. He is a former business executive with over 26 years of corporate accounting, management and executive experience with Dalgety Produce International Inc., Leatherman Tool Company, CFR Electronics Corporation of Australia, and Bridgeport Brewery. He has been a consultant to Fortune 500 Corporations and small businesses.

Mr. Coleman is a lecturer for various organizations including the National Business Institute, the Knoxville Bar Association's Speakers Bureau and the American Automobile Association. His topics include estate planning, elder law, probate, HIPAA, FMLA, nonprofit organization, asset protection, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, 1031 land exchanges, corporate acquisitions and mergers, financing and anything that deals with business operations.
